Soon to understand an Italian text we will need an English dictionary. The abuse of English words, of anglicisms, to replace - without any logic, but only to stand out or appear (illusively) more professional - Italian words has become a trend in recent years. It is acceptable that some English words have now become commonly used, such as flash, email (which is also called electronic mail), western, chat, sport, marketing and so on, but we are really sure that the anglicisms listed in this article don't they have a more understandable Italian counterpart? Is it possible that there is this total and brutal lack of respect for our language? Furthermore, why write and Special Data speak arbitrarily mixing two languages so as not to be understood by everyone? I studied English and I often read in English, but just as often I don't understand what people mean when they abuse these English terms. Awareness : often used in the expression brand awareness , i.e. brand recognisability. But don't you realize that this awareness is also difficult to pronounce ? B Bipartisan : our politics also affects the Italian language. Bipartisan means neither more nor less than two-party. Brand : the good, old brand. Or the good old brand. But today it takes on greater importance and becomes a brand . C Call : how many times have you read or heard “I'll give you a call on Skype”? But why can't you say “I'll call you on Skype”? Coach (and Coaching ): once upon a time there were coaches and training (in sports), there were also instructors and education.
